Mr. Ali Rashid Al Mazroei

With extensive experience in banking, corporate governance, and diversified investments, Mr. Ali Rashid Al Mazroei serves as Group Director & CEO of Bahri & Mazroei Holding, a UAE-based conglomerate established in 1968 with over 1,500 employees and operations across lighting, electrical, security, building management, and life safety solutions, along with investments in real estate, equities, manufacturing, travel & tourism, and general investments.

He previously worked at Citibank N.A. (2000–2007) as Resident Vice President in the Financial Control Unit, holding several regional and country leadership roles including TMEA Business Planning & Analysis Head, UAE Regulatory Head, and Director of CitiBusiness.

He currently serves as Board Member of National Bonds Corporation (since 2011) and Chairman of its Investment Committee, Board Member of Ajman Bank PJSC (since 2021) and member of its Audit Committee, Chairman of ENBD REIT (since 2023), and Board of Trustees Member at the Canadian University in Dubai (since 2024), where he also chairs the Audit Committee.

Previously, he served on the Board of Dubai Financial Market PJSC (2010–2021), Taaleem Holding PJSC (2015–2022), and chaired the Audit Committee of Fidelity United Insurance PJSC (2017–2023).

Mr. Al Mazroei holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University in Dubai. He is also a graduate of the Dubai Family Business Management Program (2024).
