Mr. Jamal Saeed

Mr. Jamal Saeed Juma bin Ghalaita is a veteran banker with over 26 years of experience spanning corporate, retail, trade finance, and human resources, providing strategic and operational leadership across the UAE banking sector.

He served as Deputy CEO of Emirates NBD Group from 2004 to 2011 and as GM of Consumer Banking and Wealth Management (CWM) at Emirates NBD. He has held positions as Chairman of Emirates Islamic Financial Brokerage LLC, Independent Director at Al Baraka Banking Group BSC, and Independent Non-Executive Director at ABG Sukuk Co. Ltd.

From 2011 to 2018, Mr. Jamal was CEO of Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB). He has also served as CEO of Dubai Bank PJSC, Chairman of Emirates Money Consumer Finance LLC, Deputy CEO & General Manager of Emirates NBD PJSC, and as a board member of SHUAA Capital PSC. Mr. Jamal holds a degree from the University of Arizona, United States.
