Mr. Khalifa H. Al Daboos

With over 30 years of experience across leading investment and financial institutions in the UAE, Mr. Khalifa H. Al Daboos serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) and Chairman of National Bonds Corporation.

He currently also serves as Board Member of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), Kerzner International Holdings Limited, and Dubal Holding, among others.

Mr. Al Daboos is a seasoned leader in investment management and corporate governance. He began his career with Emirates NBD, holding roles across treasury, foreign exchange, and capital market functions.

Mr. Al Daboos holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and Management Science from Metropolitan State College, Denver.
