لفتح حساب، يحتاج المقيمون في الإمارات إلى جواز سفر ساري المفعول وبطاقة الهوية الإماراتية أو صفحة التأشيرة، بينما يحتاج غير المقيمين إلى جواز سفر ساري المفعول وصفحة تأشيرة الزيارة أو ختم الدخول. أما لفتح حساب قاصر، فيُشترط تقديم هوية كل من القاصر والأب أو الوصي القانوني.
